These terms apply when you submit an event, send us information about an event or venue, or rely on the listings on this site.
Submitting an event
When you submit an event, or send us details for a listing, you confirm that:
- you are the organiser or venue, or have their permission to submit it;
- the details are accurate and the event is genuinely taking place as described;
- you own, or have permission to use, any text, link or image you send, and its use on this site will not infringe anyone else’s rights;
- the event is lawful and the listing is not misleading, offensive or spam.
You give Welcome Group Ltd a free, non-exclusive permission to publish, edit, shorten, translate and share the listing on this site and on related websites and social media, for as long as the listing is relevant. Listings are free unless you have booked a paid promotion.
Our editorial choices
We check submissions before they go live. We may decline, edit or remove any listing at any time, without giving a reason, including where details cannot be verified, an event appears to have changed, or we receive a complaint. Descriptions are written in our own words and may be shortened.
Paid promotions and sponsorship
Promoted and sponsored placements are always labelled as such. Paying for a promotion does not exempt a listing from our accuracy checks. Specific terms for promotions are agreed when you book.
Accuracy and liability
We take care to list events accurately, using information published by venues and organisers, but events can be changed, postponed or cancelled. Please check with the venue or organiser before you travel or buy tickets. Tickets and bookings are made with the venue, organiser or their ticket seller, not with us. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on a listing or from an event itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Corrections, complaints and copyright
Every event page has a “Report a problem with this listing” link for corrections, complaints and copyright concerns, or you can email [email protected]. Our privacy and cookie policy explains how we handle personal information.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
